Ummm, what do you mean "does not work"? What kind of error are you getting (if any)?

I learned that database.yml is very particular about spaces and tabs. Trust me, the knowledge base article works.

This knowledge base may well work if you have a dedicated IP, however if you are sharing your IP amongst mulitple sites the ports the Bluehost Ruby On Rails cPanel uses are blocked. So you need to use fastcgi instead of the bluehost cPanel method.
