Send default email if certain word in subject

I would like an email to be automatically sent out to someone if they have a certain word in the Subject of their email to me.

E.g. if someone has "Contact" in the subject, then my email account could send them out my current contact details, but if the word "Contact is not in the subject", I would just get the email.

Can this be done?

Would they be emailing you from a contact form in a webpage or just directly from their own address? If it's the latter, I don't think it can be done unless you change your MX records for your domain to use another mail provider that has the option for it.
