Migrate webmail?

Hey folks! New bluehost customer here. Does anyone know of a way to migrate webmail accounts from one host to another without doing a full server backup/restore?

I moved from another hosting provider that also used cpanel and once I got here I dove right in and went config crazy. I've made a lot of changes from the way my old cpanel setup was done, and I'd really rather not lose all that work to migrate a few email accounts.

Is there any way that I can move them over? Any chance of creating the new email accounts and then transferring the contents of the old /home/webmail folder?

I'd appreciate any experience shared.
