    Angry How to get HELP from Tech???



    Anybody got an idea of HOW to 'rattle' Tech withOUT having to telephone (and open myself to HOURS on phone)??

    I have THREE (3) Tickets OPEN (1 WELL over 24 hours) and
    am getting ZERO 'help' !!!

    WTF??

    To big for their britiches??

    I did 'try' the 'big blue button'. AFTER TEN (10) minutes, gave up as I have things to do that pay ME!!!

    And since FIRST 'ticket' was opened at 1:06PM FRIDAY..., STILL

    2nd 'ticket' @ 10:03AM today = NADA!
    3rd 'ticket' @ 2:06PM today = NADA!!!

    Gimme a break!! Worst is that I think I have been 'here' FIVE (5) years.

    And now I am REALLY

    Tickets usually take several days to replay. They have a HUGE backlog because people don't get a response immediately, so what do they do, then create another one and another one and so on. So now, one people with the same questions has several tickets open. Now their already huge backlog is even bigger so it will take tech support that much longer.

    Best thing is to be patience with live chat and keep trying, you'll get in. If you absolutely need immediate help, then you you will have to call. Sometimes you have to do what it takes right?

    No one from bluehost reads these forums so you wont get any help from there here.

    I use live chat ALL the time.. Generally at night (MST) and i always get right through.. always LESS then 3 minutes...

    Not sure what the issue is..
    but like areidmtm if you keep creating tickets all your doing is hurting your self... But hey!

    Adding more tickets just slows down the ability of the support team to process them. They have to waste time on all the duplicate tickets that others have entered before getting to your first one.
