The first time I noticed this was yesterday morning. It fixed itself later that day, and now it's been funky again all of today. I can rename, edit, and move the files that are already there, but I can't create or upload new files. (I CAN upload a file if it overwrites a file that's already there)

This is the error it spits out when I try to upload something:
folding_at_home\test.txt - error occurred - An FTP error occurred - cannot put test.txt. Access denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. Make sure you have proper authorization on the server and the server is properly configured.
I even tried using the web based file manager in my bluehost account, but I can't create or upload new files there either. The page refreshes as if it did something, but the new file isn't there.

I'm getting weeeirded out here...
