Another account deactivated... what is going on?
Hi Guys
thought I'd give you a heads up. Woke up this morning to an email from Bluehost saying one of my accounts has been deactivated (reason: site causing performance problems). I have three accounts with bluehost neither of which is very large or very popular. The only things on the deactivated account were a small oscommerce installation and a test mediawiki/joomla install with hardly any data in it at all.
Now I can't even access any of the sites and had no chance to attempt to fix the problem before they deactivated. The sites have been on there as is for over a year with no problems as far as I knew.
I have recommended numerous people to bluehost over the years, but this behaviour is ridiculous, no attempt at any warnings dialogue etc. I am seriously disappointed and annoyed. I can't say I'll be recommending any more sites to come here

Complaining here will NOT do you any good at all - you need to talk to the people at BlueHost to sort it out.
