Exclamation email error when replying or sending

    Hi,
When I Reply to an email in my Inbox or send a new email ( I am using Horde) I get the error message below: can anyone tell me what it means and if so what should I do next?
    Thanks from Down Under

You're using an email client, such as Outlook, aren't you?

Make sure that the option for Server Requires Authentication is set for SMTP.

A better suggestion (one that you'd receive from support). . .

    1. Go to http://tutorials.bluehost.com/tutorials/

    2. Click on the email client link for your email client.

    3. Watch the tutorial video and set up your email client as shown, replacing the demonstration information in the video with your information.

You might want to use the Live Chat link on the BlueHost home page to ask support. Since they installed and configured Horde they are probably the only ones who will be able to fix whatever is causing that error.

No, he's not - he's using Horde (webmail), so there's almost nothing he can do to fix it.
