Do i get seperate ftp account/folders when i transfer my other domain

Hi,

I would like to know if I can get/set different ftp accounts for different domains that I would host/transfer existing domains into my existing bluehost account.

I want to transfer my friend’s domain www.xyz.com and give him a user name password to update his emails, manage his folders by himself, is it possible ?
