Why do you want to stream it? Why not just embed it in the page? That would be much easier.

Streaming is much faster than having to wait for a multimedia file to download.
Also, it greatly enhances security because the stream file can be in a different location than the audio file.
Besides embed is a term that is being obsoleted.
