Why do you want to stream it? Why not just embed it in the page? That would be much easier.

Im not sure what your looking to stream "if your an artist or somehting" but you can try this http://www.jamroom.net this makes it really simple

Streaming is much faster than having to wait for a multimedia file to download.

Also, it greatly enhances security because the stream file can be in a different location than the audio file.

Besides embed is a term that is being obsoleted.
