All my databases are gone. All my sites that need MySQL is not running. I can't open a ticket because there's a error when submit. Anybody else with this issue?

Your account is probably in the process of being moved to another server. That's usually why you'll see your databases "gone". Once your account is completely moved, they should return.

It may also be that the MySQL server went down.
I'm not sure why but whenever the MySQL server goes down CPanel tells me that I have 3 databases instead of 12. Then after I call in it to tell them about the problem it takes 10 to 15 minutes and I'll see all my databases back and then 5 or 10 minutes later everything is working again.
