Assign Domain to acount

Greetings, im the owner of the account on blue host with the domain devmex.org (user name: devmexor), i bought the domain gente-nice.com and i want to add it to my account, but the cPanel gives me the following message:

The domain "gente-nice.com" is currently the Primary domain on the gente-nice.com account which is marked as deleted. Please type your gente-nice.com password to verify your ownership of the domain.

I am owner of gente-nice.com, what can i do to add the domain "gente-nice.com" to my account (i have already changed the DNS to the bluehost before and i am still being asked for the password of the gente-nice.com account but i dont have it since i never opened a blue host account with that domain.

Which is the password to enter?I have already tried the password on the account (devmexor) and the password for the domain "gente-nice.com "and the result is both" Password incorrect"

This doesn't seems right for a standard addon domain process at Bluehost. Asking around in forum here won't help much, I suggest you to contact a Bluehost support (http://helpdesk.bluehost.com) to look into your account. The last time I dealt with them, they got my account problem solved in 5 minutes.
