You might want to check http://serverstatus.bluehost.com (plug in your domain name) to see if there's a specific problem on your server. I just checked on that site, and some sort of maintenance procedure is being performed on that box.
...and whatever was happening, it now appears to have been resolved - the site is coming up just fine.
