Webalizer and awstats not working

When I click on webalizer or awstats. I get this message:

"There are no domains which have awstats/webalizer stats to display."

Why is that!!!!!!!???

what can i do to make it work?

Should I use Shell, if yes, how can i use it on the server?

Control Panel, Choose Log Programs. Once you've enabled them, you have to wait at least 24 hours for stats to accumulate.
