How do I host multiple WordPress blogs?
Can some one aim we at a FAQ or description?
Thanks,

Are you asking about subdomains?
-
Not subdomains, I don't think.
I'd like to host multiple WordPress blogs here.
For example, www.XXXX.com into the XXXX wordpress blog. And, www.YYYY.com into the YYYY word press blog. And, www.ZZZZ.com into the ZZZZ word press bog.
Doing the first one was almost trivial. How do I do the second and third?
I don't think it's about subdomains. I'm not looking to do XXXX.blunderingalong.com, YYYY.blunderingalong.comm, and ZZZZ.blunderingalong.com.
But I could be wrong?
Thanks,
fjohn

Those are addon domains. You would have to register the YYYY.com and ZZZZ.com domains, make them addon domains to your BH account, then install Wordpress on each of them separately.

How do you do that? install wp on each addon domain?
i have all my wp-content wp-shiz on my main domain folder.. and then i have separate folders for each addon domain. I have tried with Fantastico but with no result!
Can somebody clear the mess in my head, please? thanks a bunch! (maybe a step by step guide on how to install wp on the addon domains!)
Thanks!
*edit* grrrr
i installed on addondomain.domain.com and it works now.. still using the 2nd random created database.. i'll delete the 1st and use it for another addon domain! i'll check the file manager to see if random files appeared over night... pffft, so glad it worked
now i can edit it easily. thanks anyway and sorry for bumping the thread!

Argh!! didn't go as i expected!
each time i do 'visit site' it sends me to addondomain.domain.com.... even when i type in the browser address bar www.addondomain.com it sends me to addon.domain.com. i think that will be bad for seo and such.. and i don't want my visitors to know it's a subdomain..... and find the name of the main domain.. and it's long to type, too!
anybody care to give some help? thanks!

After creating the add-on domain you need to install wordpress to that domain and not to the sub-domain of your main domain that is set up to allow you to access the site stats.
Best to avoid Fantastico since that doesn't give you proper control of the install. Using Simple Scripts or a manual install you can set up as many WordPress installs on different domains on your account as you like and you can even put all the data into one database if you want just by using different prefixes for the table names for each install.

Thanks!
suspicious! the first day when i clicked on addon.domain.com it sent me automatically to domain.com... did this like 5 times.. the 2nd day (aka today here in Romania, Black Sea, Eastern Europe, GMT +2) IT SHOWS IT NO MORE!
i do addondomain.com and it shows addondomain.com ! it doesn't show addondomain.domain.com !!! weee.
and if you wanna check more here's the site http://www.newincinema.com (it was http://newincinema.watchtvserieshd.com/).
Basically, descriptions, a score, a title, a genre.. an airing date... embed trailer from youtube... and affiliate banners and links all over the place! Now to spam youtube and other movie milk cows... and i should get going with 200$ / month (100 more and you have the average salary in romania). If this works i should easily copy the process to another 20-30 sites!
take care!
