RegisterFly SSL Cert

Has anyone used an SSL cert from RegisterFly? They appear to be a reseller for GeoTrust.

One odd thing is that they offer two different certs. One is for "low volume sites" for $15.95 and another is for "high volume sites" for $35.95. As far as I can tell, one certificate is just as good as another if they have the same root certificate authority. I don't see what difference the traffic volume would have. Am I missing something? Is this just a marketing ploy for the naive?

I have never seen a low volum cert
bluehost offers one for 45.00 per year no matter what size traffic you have.
