my Site was closed a few days ago and found this letter after the closure:
For information on restoring your account please call customer service as soon as possible

When/If you call our support help line, please have your site name ready.




So far it has not replied to my support at helpdesk, and never will be refunded the amount.

I'd recommend using the 'Live Chat' support feature in the lower left corner of the Bluehost main page. It's available 24/7. They can give you the information on why your site was shut down and what your refund options are.
