How do I move wordpress from another host

How can I move an existing wordpress installation currently operating at another hosting service to my bluehost hosting account. I know how to create the domain but do not know how to move the existing content, databases etc. to the new home at bluehost.

Help and instruction would be greatly appreciated.

1. Install WordPress and all your plugins on the new hosting.
2. Backup the database from the old hosting.
3. Restore the database backup to the new hosting.
