mysql slow queries & corrupted database

Hi,

I'm using NucleusCMS on my site, and my account was deactivated because of too slow mysql queries, ostensibly stemming from a corrupted nucleus_comment file in the phpmyadmin databases.

I'm not tech savvy enough to know what to do about this, but all Bluehost says is "find a forum online and ask someone."

Can anyone help me fix this?
