Problems Sending Mail with MailMan

Hello, I just set up two mailing lists on MailMan yesterday -- I have set them both up to be moderated. When I sent test messages out from my regular email account, neither of them appeared as a "pending administrative request."

I think I have the right settings, but can't figure out why mail isn't being delivered. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've got several Mailman lists that I run, and I'm encountering this problem now after the lists have been working fine for a couple of years. Tech Support said it's because of the emails/hour quota, but I've never had this problem before yesterday. I do know our server was updated on Monday nite and have encountered problems with emails, websites, and the control panel at various times over the last 2 days but Mailman is still not working at all.

I have subscription requests set to be confirmed and approved and all posts are moderated - and nothing is appearing in 'Pending...' and all our archives are gone.

EDIT: It's now Thu 1/8, and my email lists are still not functioning and no further replies to my open ticket have come from Tech Support. I contacted Live Chat and spoke with Luke, who was at a loss. He suggested I open another ticket requesting the matter be escalated/elevated to see if it could be resolved in a more timely manner.

Tom, you should open a ticket too if you haven't already done so.
