Imagemagick, Gallery 2 and BH

Hey all,

I could really use some help. I installed Gallery through Fantastico and have uploaded pictures into albums but I am only getting broken thumbnails/resized images (when you click to the full size image it is fine). This link indicates that it is because Imagemagick (or another image processor) isn't working/on. http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery2:F...it_be_fixed.3F

From reading other posts about ImageMagick and doing live chat, it is supposedly up and running on all the servers. Any ideas how to get it working on my gallery? I saw another post about adding /usr/bin somewhere. I am really a novice at all this and wouldn't even begin to know where to put that.

If for some reason it isn't working properly on your server then the only people who can fix it are BlueHost support. You might try using the Live Chat button at the bottom of the BlueHost home page to get in touch with them and ask them to take a look for you.

Unfortunately, I did that and they said to just submit a ticket but that they could see the same thing...

aha so you skipped problems using joomla!
nice idea, but I have to upload any week dozens of photos and i see only gallery2 permit easil to upload many photos in one click..

i founded the solution, it's simple!
just when in administration, go to maintenance and threyou obligate gallery 2 to ceate the thumbnails and game is done!
