Hi I want to know what to do next after registering wp to bluehost. I accidentally deleted my blog on wp though.. Do you suppose BH gives refunds

I'm a little lost ... what is the address you signed up for with bluehost?

That's the one that you can customize and if you prefer a cheaper payment system BH is really good about refunds so just contact their sales department and have them reset things the way you want

As for the rest you "may" be able to get your domain address released/transferred. It looks like the registrar wordpress.com uses is ...

Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS INC.
Whois Server: whois.wildwestdomains.com

If you can get the domain transferred over here then pretty much all of your problems can be solved pretty easily so I recommend trying to do that first OR setup a redirect to your domain on BH.

What do you mean by transferring domain? I don't get it..

It looks like your Wordpress isn't completely uninstalled, and maybe it wasn't completed installed either.

Did you try to do the manual installation? It may be helpful to install wordpress through Simple Scripts since you're just getting started.

The first few installs can be nerve-wracking but you are also dealing with very little data so you don't lose much if you try again with a new install

Oh never mind when I clicked on the link it was still pointing to the wp.com server BUT now it's on bluehost which is correct

In any event Korr is right you can now install it and customize it however you like.

Thank you Korr and Siguie. I've managed to get the website reinstalled by the wp support, which is great. I was also directed to change the domain name to point to bluehost via the Domain administration section.
