Problem with DNS

Hi,

I've bought you, few times ago, one month i think, the hosting for our domain autrechose.fr. The domain is already ours and when we try to change our old DNS to that provided by your help page ( NS1.BLUEHOST.COM and NS2.BLUEHOST.COM ), the company who provide us the domain name ( and who have to modify the dns ) say that the DNS modification has been refused by ZoneCheck : http://www.afnic.fr/outils/zonecheck...2.bluehost.com.

How can i solve this ?
