    Default Best way to tell clients to check their email

    I have a client who doesn't want to use Outlook to check their email. Is this the quickest way for them to check it via bluehost:

    1. Login to the master host account via bluehost.com.
    2. Click "email accounts" icon in control panel.
    3. Click "access webmail" icon next to their email address.
    4. Enter their email password.
    5. Click horde (though I have it autoloading now).
    6. Click login button again.
    7. Click "mail" button on left panel.

    Is there any way to cut down on some of these steps for my client? Thank you for any suggestions!

    Tell them to bookmark it.
    Have you tried turning it off and on again?

    Easier to remember: http://example.com/webmail. Login, choose a webmail program.

    Thank you...for the domain in your instructions, do I put the main hosting site (mine), or their site? Is the login their entire email address, or just the part before the @?

    For the domain, they need to enter whatever domain is in the POP email address you created. So if the email address is someone@example.com, the domain is example.com. The login/username is the entire email address.

    The domain that they log in from doesn't matter. Every domain on the server points to the same IP address, only port 80 and 443 are rerouted to a specific website.

    You could literally type in someone else's domain (on the same box) on port 2095 and log in with your email address.

    This is why the login requires the domain to be included in the username, otherwise two people on the same server couldn't have the same name.
    Have you tried turning it off and on again?
