Default How do I configure my Spam mail to be sent to a catch Address?

In the past I have configured my Spam to go to Spam@mydomain.com but for some reason I can't get it to do so anymore, can anyone here please refresh my memory as to what I need to do. I have attached some images of my screens maybe someone can see what I did wrong. ALso under the Spam assasin settings (configure)

    score DISGUISE_PORN
    score DISGUISE_PORN_MUNDANE
    score FROM_HAS_MIXED_NUMS
    score NO_DNS_FOR_FROM
    score RCVD_HELO_IP_MISMATCH
    score RCVD_IN_NJABL_SPAM
    score SARE_MLB_Stock1
    score SARE_MLB_Stock2
    score SARE_MLB_Stock3

can i change these? add to them? is there a manual that would explain this area better?

    Thanks

I think the problem is that, in one place, you're telling SpamAssassin to send spam to a spam "folder," which is not a separate email account, but in another place, you're defining a filter that tells it to forward spam to a specific email account. Try disabling the spam box.
