vTiger-Mails can not be Qualificated anymore

Hi All,
the first thing I want to say that vTiger is a great free CRM solution, but
I have got a littel problem with the incoming mail (by IMAP4).
As I got more than 200 mails the e-Mails can not be Qualificated anymore.
Got anybody a Idea?
