One cPanel does everything you need for as many domains as there are in the account - it contains options that will work for all domains in the account. There is nothing that cPanel can do for one of your domains that it can't also do for as many other domains as you can afford to add to your account.
The only reason for needing separate cPanels is if you have multiple people needing to use it (each with their own login) and for that you need a reseller account (something BlueHost doesn't offer).
