Here is the screenshot of my PHP settings:

and here is the new error lines:

Mon Jul 6 00:34:50 2009: used 0.77 seconds of cpu time for /ramdisk/bin/php5
Mon Jul 6 00:34:50 2009: used 0.50 seconds of cpu time for /ramdisk/bin/php5
Mon Jul 6 00:34:50 2009: used 0.80 seconds of cpu time for /ramdisk/bin/php5
According to This guide i switched to FastCGI but it seems there is no difference for me!

Well, at least that tells you that FastCGI isn't the problem - the error messages are different, though no more helpful.

So on to the next question. What are you running when you get these errors? What scripts are you using? You're not giving us much to go on, here.

Here's the knowledgebase article about CPU quota errors.

At the end of that article, there's supposed to be a link to a form you can submit to BH to see if their techs can track down what's causing the problem, but they've changed the knowledgebase structure, so the link is broken. I'd use Live Chat to contact the support folks - maybe they can at least give you a working link to the form.

I've installed wordpress and my site has between almost 20 to 50 concurrent visitors per minute and almost average of 7000 daily hits.

I've just talked to BH support guys and they said it might be because of site outgrown and passing over shared hosting boundreis and limits! is that true?

As for that broken link you mentioned support told me to do this:

Just go back to the http://helpdesk.bluehost.com and then click on open a ticket
and submit one in the cpu exceeeded section

    Thanks for the info.

There are a lot of broken links in the knowledgebase, unfortunately. When they changed the structure of it, no one spent the time needed to fix the links.

Yes, that's possible. Bargain shared hosting certainly has its limits, and when a site gets very popular, it's time to start thinking about a dedicated server or VPS. It's like trying to handle 25,000 cars per hour on a two-lane road. You can repave the road, straighten out the curves, and put wider shoulders on it, but it still won't be able to handle the traffic.

And there's not much you can do to optimize Wordpress - the folks who develop it have already done about all they can.
