    Default Down time AGAIN

    Im seriously losing faith in BlueHost.

    Every single day for at least the last 4 days i have suffered down time with my site.

    I know its at least 4 days because ive been working on my sites for that amount of time (no its not something ive done).

    No its not my internet connection. Thats already been checked and so has my firewall.

    Each time it happens it last for about 30 at a time.

    Having a paid members area on my main site this is NOT good enough. By the time BlueHost get back to me nothing is wrong.

    What the heck is going on. Its not as if my site is huge or gets mega amounts of Bandwidth. I havent even used 1gb of bandwidth in a month and all my sites together only amount ot just over 100mb's.

    I dont know what you guys are doing but its not working.

    Yeah, I've been noticing it to lately, although nowhere as long as your outages. At the moment it doesn't affect me, still developing, but hope once the site goes live this isn't still a problem. Although, for probably 98% I have no problems.

    I'm down too. Currently at 99.586% uptime for this month.

    There have been hacker attacks on lots of web hosts lately... Especially during the past Valentine's week.
    One of my other web hosts was down for almost an entire day and the web host owner was telling me that he spent a lot of time fending off those hacks.
    I think that is probably what has been causing problems with Blue Host.
    I had called in to Blue Host one day with my site down, as well as a few of my client's sites... and I was informed that there was a DOS attack in progress...
    Another time, a router went out...
    These are all things that could plague any web host... I would cut them a little slack... these things happen...

    Cut them some slack yes by all means but not when it happens as often as it does and then have to wait days on end for an answer.

    Huh, funny I don't ever get downtime.

    Also, have you tried calling them.. I'm pretty sure they aren't going to keep you on hold for days at a time.
