Help with downloads

When I upload my .zips to my public_html folder and I go to the website "www.akwsims.com/samantha_rae.zip" it just gives me a message that there is no site with that name. What have I done wrong? I've tried putting it in public_html/files and things like that.

If it makes any difference I'm using concrete5 for making the website.
