Default A Little Help needed for Subdomain redirect

    Hello,

I want to set up a subdomain off of our original domain but have it directed to the public_html/ folder. BH automatically creates a public_html/subdomain/ folder. I've looked at the subdomain redirection through the cPanel however this rewrites the URL to the redirected URL.

I know this sounds somewhat confusing, but what I want is...

http://subdomain.domain.com to get it's content from http://www.domain.com but still retain the http://subdomain.domain.com URL.

I'm thinking I need an .htaccess redirect but I'm not that familiar with the .htaccess syntax.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
    Thanks
    Frank

Problem solved.... for anyone looking to do this..

When Creating your subdomain, in the "Create a Subdomain" panel. Edit the Document Root, change it to /public_html/ by dropping the subdomain folder name that is add by BH. By removing this you can point a subdomain to the domain's directory.
