    Default Help with E-mail/info collection

Hello, I am not the greatest computer literate, but willing to learn.
I am in need of a script or executable that can forward info collected on a website. This is pretty simple info and consists of:
    Name
    E-mail address
    Street address
    City, state, zip
    Phone number
A comment input box for up to 500 characters

I do not expect a great number of replies, but the ones I do get I have to keep. My previous hosting service offered and executable that would forward this info in an E-mail to me and that was good enough, but I didn't hang on to the software. I know how to collect the info, but am unable to figure out how to put it in an E-mail and forward to me.

Would anyone know of where I can pick up such a script? Thanks in advance.
    Kurt

Personally I recommend installing TFMail from sourceforge but I believe "Blue Mail" found under "CGI Center" in cpanel is what you are looking for.

    CGI Center

The following CGI Scripts are pre-installed and ready to use on your account:

    BlueMail
BlueMail takes the input of an HTML form and converts it to an email format defined by the author of the form.

Bluemail is very easy, but expect a lot of spam mail if you use it.

You say you're a beginner, so i guess suggesting to use a script may not wise, but if you wanna try, there are many free scripts at http://hotscripts.com php and cgi. you want to look for a script with validation that keeps spammers and robots at bay.
