I am not an expert, but I have two suggestions to try.

    1) If you can login to your wp-admin (I suspect you can't) then disable your wp-cache plugin.
    2) If you cannot login to your wp-admin, try uploading the wp-cache plugin again in case something has got messed up with this somehow. After you reupload this, try to login to wp-admin again.

I hope these suggestions may help.

Thank you for replying. No, I cannot log in. I had help with setting up my blog, well actually a lot of help. Can you tell me step by step what to do as far as uploading the wp-cache plugin? Sorry, I don't know what to do and am afraid of making things even worse.

    Thank you

    Default WP help

Go to Wordpress's forum for help with Wordpress. Bluehost's reps deal mainly with hosting issues and not script specific questions. The WP forum is made up of WP users, beginners and seasoned ones, that do have the experience to help.
