Exclamation FTP Errors - Can't transfer, wrong quota

I received the following error in FTP.

"450-Error during write to file: Disk quota exceeded"

My current disk usage is: 15361 MBs

My CPanel and FTP account has been updated to 30 GB, but I'm still receiving this error. Does anyone experience this or know how to resolve this problem.

I've submitted support tickets last week but Bluehost so far hasn't been able to fix the problem.

This is my FTP log for your reference.

This is just off the top of my head, but have you increased the quota in the ftp account you are having problems with? In other words, i think if you set it to 0 it will default to unlimited. Also, although it takes a few minutes to wait, but the phone number support has always been great for me. I tend to need to solutions asap and don't like waiting for the tickets to be responded to.

    Cheers, Matt

    Hi Matt,

Thank you for replying. I'm using the main account login, which doesn't have a quota set. Bluehost said they've updated the quota already. Not sure whether there's anyone with this problem when they pass the 15 GBs mark.

Thanks for suggesting the phone options. I will try that when convenient.

Hi there. I am experiencing the same problem - Disk quota exceeded. My CP shows my account should have 50 GB space and I have just hit the 15GB mark.

Does anyone know if this is simple enough for support to fix? I have opened a ticket.
