Hosting primary domain from subfolder question

This article clearly explains how to achieve my subject title http://helpdesk.bluehost.com/index.p...article/000347

What puzzles me is the last step which asks for "the main file for your site, index.php, index.html, etc."

For a site built on wordpress, which file will that be ?

WordPress uses the index.php file, but be advised that WordPress has some specific instructions on how to set things up if the index.php file is not in the same folder as the rest of the installation. That can be found on their site.

My intention is to install all wp for my main domain in this folder.
So I think index.php will be in the same folder as the resto of WP files.

Or am I ignoring something else that I am unaware of ?
