Coffee Cup Ecommerce Software + Blue Host

I have seen where, in the past, Coffee Cup Software www.coffeecup.com was not compatible with Blue Host. Is this still the case?

I see where there is a tutorial using Coffee Cup software to create a website and the instructions on how to upload / link it to the Bluehost account. http://tutorials.bluehost.com/coffeecup/

I am interested in using their e-commerce software. Does anyone know if this is still an issue? Or does anyone have any other suggestions for similar software to use?
