How to become an affiliate on CJ?

I have requested for many time for an affiliate at CJ for bluehost and hostmonster, however, I always been refused. So i wanna be known how to become an aff there?

This is a user to user forum and not monitored by Bluehost support. You should probably direct this question to Bluehost directly via their main page at http://www.bluehost.com where you will find various means of contacting them. If they have refused your request in the past, then they should have given you a reason, or supplied that information upon request.

This piece of information was sent to me from Bob Barr, one of our long time members of the forums.

Speculation on my part - If I'm not mistaken, CJ only does affiliate plans with cooperating companies. Since Bluehost has its own affiliate program, I suspect that they may have chosen not to participate in CJ's offerings.
