FTP behind a Proxy

I was trying to set up my FTP client (Filezilla) to be able to FTP files. Everything works perfectly at home (no proxy) however when I try and connect from the office I get the following error:

Response:	Proxy reply: HTTP/1.0 403 URLBlocked
Error:	Proxy handshake failed: ECONNRESET - Connection reset by peer

The proxy settings are configured correctly enough to allow me to FTP to my old host (Media Temple) as well as several other hosts. However when I try and connect to BH from work its a no go.

Any thoughts?

It sounds to me like you need to visit your IT department and see what type of setup they have that may be causing this.
