How simple is your site? Is it static HTML or more complex than that?

In either case, you best choice is to keep your OVN account active until you have copied everything to BlueHost. Also, depending on whether OVN owns your domain or you have purchased it through a third party (GoDaddy, for example), you either need to have BH perform the domain transfer for you or simply change your domain name servers to the BH servers (NS1.BLUEHOST.COM and NS2.BLUEHOST.COM) through your registrar.

(I hope that nothing is lost in the translation here.)

    Thank you, Google Translate.

OVH I understand, doesn't use cPanel(the control panel used by Bluehost) - so automated transfers are not possible. If your domain name and hosting accounts are separately paid for, easiest solution would be to keep domain registration at OVH and just set up the NS records as the mod mentioned above.

For moving the site, you need to download the files from OVH and upload it to BH account using FTP. If it is a dynamic site, say like Wrdpress, you will have to move and set up the mysql database as well. Please let us know the details about your site to give specific advice.

For database run websites (like Wordpress), do remember to take mysql dump from ssh or phpmyadmin. For many cms there exist custom backup scripts too like search for backupbuddy on google for wordpress.
