I want to add a VBulletin forum to my site.......and obviously it works on bluehost.com since we're using a Vbulletin forum right now.

However, I've read the directions and everything "seems" somewhat easy to follow.

Is it very hard in your opinion and does anyone have any easier directions or info to help me along should I do it?

It says that the server has to have PHP and MySQL installed and running. Do I have to do anything regarding that or is that arleady done with the server?

i have VB installed and run on my site...

just upload everything in the upload folder... follow the instruction and go through the easy on screen step by step installer they give you... it's simple. takes me 5 minutes.

make sure you already made a MySQL database for it, and make sure you edit the config file to points to your database before uploading...
