    If you don't know how to design a website, your best bet should be to hire a web designer or use a WYSIWYG website builder.

    Do you need help making an HTML and CSS layout? Or are you looking for a total design layout? I am replying to this inquery a little late so I am assumimg you probably are set up by now. But if you are not really asking how to use a website building application, and are asking for someone to make a layout for you I may be able to help.
