I can't access bluehost.com, any of my websites and mail accounts. Does anybody know why and the prospect of this?

No, mine are up. What's your URL?
Well I can't access bluehost.com or any of my mails either. Though I can access my website...
PS: Haven't been able to do that the last 14 hours...
I'd suggest calling their support number 1 (888) 401-4678 [1 (888) 401-HOST] if you can't get through to Live Chat on the Bluehost main page.
That I did. But no help to get there...

I'm not sure that I'm understanding the traceroute listing correctly. It doesn't appear to be getting all the way to the Bluehost IP destination address.
Perhaps someone more familiar with traceroute can clarify what the listing is showing.
I think that bluehost has blocked the use of ping or traceroute to their servers. Most companies and businesses are blocking these because there are hackers now that are using those functions to do their dirty work. You should call their help lines to be sure. I know that one of the companies that I host with told me that they did this, so more will probably follow suit.
