Access DB and Coldfusion

I'd like to know if/how I can connect an Access database that I have on my computer to any of the database options available to me? Also, is it possible to install Coldfusion (or am I asking to replace my webserver... hrmm.. I think I am). Finally, does my site support ASP if it supports FrontPage extensions?

I'll admit now that when it comes to database work and websites I am a complete noob. What I have learned so far involve importing databases from outside the site. Since I already have one built, I'd like to use that and just interface with it.

BH servers are Linux. You need a Windows server to run ASP/Access, etc.
