My hosting site has been hacked via .htaccess need advice!

Was chatting with somebody online and an addresses that is redirecting for me is working fine for him.
Cleared my browser cache and now all works fine.
Hopefully my cleaning was good enough to eliminate it completely so it wont come back.

Yea that browser cache is a pain and I've wasted many hours trying to fix things only to realize I was seeing old data. Happened with this last site hacking.... now i keep three browsers open and check each one after a site update.
