RESELLER ACCOUNT: Error when add parked domains for my customers

Hello,

I'm registered to bluehost as reseller.
then one of my client request other domain to be parked domain.

I buy the domain, point it to bluehost ns

I logged in to cPanel as customer, go to Parked domain, but when i submit it says error like this

There was a problem creating the parked domain. Show Details
Unable to assign domain [theparkeddomain.com]. This domain is already associated with another user in our system.kBUJWHgCDW3kvN29

any clue ?

it's work now

the problem is i must set the name server to the official bluehoost nameserver for reseller
i set it to reseller child name server.
