Wordpress Admin Log In Error

I just moved my domain name from another host and am finally ready to start building my blog site using wordpress. I used simplescripts to install wordpress and received the admin log in information by email. I cannot log in to wordpress using the admin name and password emailed to me. When I enter the information, it takes me straight to a page that says error 404:not found! I am lost and don't know where to even begin with this problem. help!

It might be that the domain just hasn't (or hadn't) propagated yet. Still an issue?
