Explorer9 errors

When I open my home page (www . misalud . com) with explorer 9, I get the following error:Template Error: The template file must be given; however, this error is not seen with google chrome in the same computer or explorer 8 in a different computer. Moreover, with explorer 9, when I try to open http :// www. cnn .com, I get the following error: oops The page you are looking for could not be found. However I am able to get other sites.
