Forum Denying Access to my Profile?

I am logged in but when I try to edit my profile I am told that I don't have adequate permission to do so.

Meanwhile I am trying to figure out how to update Chyrp to the Beta 2 version (it was originally installed via SimpleScripts) and how to add additional blogs on Chyrp (in this case under a different domain than the first one I created).
