Setting up e-mail filter (GREP)?

Can someone point me to a good reference to set up the e-mail filters? I assume it uses sometype of filter construct like GREP. Such as Subject Contains "it's [A-Z]" or something along those lines. I want to set some filters rather than just block all Subject Contains "it's" (not a very good filter).

So where do I get the info for filter constructs? Thanks.

Nevermind the no help all. I found out how to do it. Goes along way to stopping spam if you know how to use the mail construct.

Well why don't you share that information with the rest of us struggling with spam? I really hate those spam guys...
