    Default Can't login

For a long time now, since summer I think, I have had trouble logging into my website. It won't let me login through mysite.com/cpanel or mysite.com/webmail but it will let me log in through the bluehost website. Can some one help me?

What do you mean by wont let you? The page never comes up, it give you an error message? etc...

Now that I read it I have a question. If I create a redirect for www.mydomain.com/cpanel to point to www.mydomain.com

    Will that enhance security?

Will that enable me to login to cpanl the usual way, via the URL bluehost send me? http://69.89.27.212:2082/frontend/bluehost/index2.html

I would think so. That would make the /cpanel URL just go back to your home page. Try it out.

Nevermind, apparently now you log-in with the username or the first 8 letters (my username is first 8 letters so i don't know which one works)

I was trying the old login way by typing in the whole domain name and password
