Forums gone :(

i've just come online to find both of my forums are down...

this happened before but it managed to sort itself, is there anything i can do to help things along, or have my forums gone for good?

How can what be avoided? Sounds like there wasn't a problem after all.

Did it gave a 500 internal server error? Then I expect it to be the PHP installation that is updated/reconfigured, you can't really avoid that.
